Well you can still use windows even without the help of the mouse as long as you know the basic ctrl commands. During DOS times there's no mouse at that time so if you reached that time before still you can remember the basic ctrl commands that you needed.

While it is possible to work on a computer without having access to a mouse, it is not something that I would ever want to do because of the fact that it takes such a very long time. I think that you have to hold down your control key and try to navigate with your arrow keys. I've had to do it for brief periods of time in the past, but it isn't something that I would ever want to do for an extended period of time. Now, you can definitely navigate your computer without a mouse if you have a tablet and stylus, that I could definitely handle.

possible but it will make your computing world as hard as hell, i can't imagine enhancing a photo using photoshop without using a mouse it will be a disaster. mouse is a very basic yet essential device of a computer. without it you will have a very hard time completing task, maybe if you will only surf the net, then you can do without or just encode some documents. You can play music and movies without it. but if you are into animation and photo authoring i think you are just like a pilot without eyes, a pianist/keyboard with hands/fingers..

Yes it's possible by using manual but it will take hours before you can finish your work.My boyfriend love manual and he just normally use mouse when it comes to games but I don't his a bit geek lol but it's not really about being geek at least we should learn how to use it manually incase there is no mouse we can use at all or there are troubles or malfunction then it's helpful.

Its probably possible but you would need to be well versed in all the keyboard shortcuts that are available. I myself prefer to use a mouse and couldn't live without one.

It is possible, but I like having my mouse. There have been times when the mouse had broke and I had to resort to using the shortcut keys to do what was needed until I could replace the mouse.

Oh yes, you can. but I find it so very difficult. I'm so used to using the mouse, I just get stuck without it.

Those who learn how to use the computer when the mouse was still not the in thing are very good at the short cuts. I have a colleague who prefers not to use the money. But i don't think it's possible for a lot of people nowadays, almost everyone rely on mouse or touchpad to browse.

Yes, I can say. I have seen my service man managing the tasks of the mouse by using short cut keys on the keyboard. Amazing. I too picked some which I find pretty convenient. Most of the short cut key combinations are listed in the help files of the OS, programmes. The difficulty is to keep in memory. One can remember regularly used short cut keys and considerably benefit by skipping the use mouse. Just try windows start key, to pop up the start menu, use arrow keys to select turn off computer, press enter key, arrow key to shift to option in window and enter. I find it thrillingly easy, without the use of mouse. Close your open file with Alt+F4 and see for yourself.

yeah.....its possible to work without using the mouse but I prefer to use my mouse since sometimes I switch off my lights & work or surf on the computer. So its not possible to struggle with the keyboard in the dark room.

I do not like to use the shortcut key on the computer keyboard. I prefer to use mouse. I couldn't imagine how difficult it is the life without a mouse. Unless I can have a computer with touch screen function, I still need the mouse to operate the computer.

Yeah it's absolutely possible to work without mouse. but for that you need to remember many short cuts of keyboard or alternatively you can use NumPad as your mouse which is available with Window system. and without mouse too it's not too difficult to work once you are used to.

It is possible, but we must remember the shortcut for each function. If we are not accustomed to it, then the location of what we type will be messy.
