One of my all-time favorite things to make are eggs. The sheer simplicity of it, gives birth to many different ways of cooking and eating it, all providing unique different flavors and textures. I guess I like more simple food like spaghetti. I love to make food that is simple yet satisfying. =) What about you?? =)

Hello Eve, I have tried paella once and it was good. My cooking teacher made it for us in class one day. It is fish right? Wow, I can't believe you spend 4 hours to prep for steak. I wish you could cook for me. =) Maybe if I ever visit the Philippines or if I'm around your province. =) Yum Yum!! Masarap!

Evepin, I love paella so much! I want to learn how to cook paella. I have to ask my mom to teach me how to. Oh eddy, paella is not a fish. It's more like a mixed rice with lots of seafood but it doesn't have fish. It has prawns, squids, mussels... ;)

I like cooking pasta. It's one of my specialties. I know how to cook spaghetti, carbonara, baked mac, and lasagna. Thinking about it now just makes me want to eat cook and eat carbonara. LOL.

Wow you must be so talented to be able to cook all those things. What is your favorite type of pasta to make? I've heard of carbonara but I'm not sure if I have ever tried it before. What's baked mac? Baked macaroni and cheese? That sounds yummy too. You still need to teach me your recipes!!

My favorite type of pasta to make is spaghetti and carbonara. Carbonara is the one with white sauce. It is something like fettucini. Baked mac is baked macaroni. The recipe is just like lasagna, the only difference between the two is the pasta used. Don't hesitate to ask me if you want to cook something like Filipino foods. ;)

Honestly I haven't thought much about it. Nowdays one is to be thankful to have food in their pantry & fridge period. But I will go with you in saying Italian pastas are a good satisfying meal for the senses. I do like to make Chicken Noodle / or Dumping soup alot in cooler weather and various macaroni salads alot in hot weather.
