I think that there are a few sites that allow you to cross post, but I'd check the TOS of each site to be certain before posting.

It should be ok.. FOr they are different sites, with different owners, i guess?? I think it's a good idea to be submitting to different sites, because it will boost your chance of being accepted, rather than just one site..
It's like an investment.. Diversifying and not putting all your eggs in one basket.. Wont it better to have 3 or more writing sites to accept your article, and be earning from 3, as compared to 1?? hehe

hi basgui do they specify whether or not they let people send the same articles to others? some people do specify, and to me I think it would be safer to submit different articles to different places in stead?
that way you won't run into any snags and will also showcase your writing too which can only be more helpful to you.

I have several articles on my blog as well as different writing sites. No one has paid me for the work so it is my prerogative to post them wherever I want! Having said that do check the site's guidelines to be sure. If you sell a piece then it usually has to be something that has not been published elsewhere although it depends on the agreement when you sell the piece. Good luck with your writing, I love it! It is one of my greatest passions!

I think that there are some situations where it is okay and there are other times that it isn't allowed at all. When you are writing for sites you need to make sure that you understand their rules clearly. Some places say that you can't use the same content that you've used elsewhere while it is allowed at other sites. So, when you are trying to use this technique, you've got to pay careful attention to the rules of the different sites.

i am not also a technical writer but i also have some few blogs. i do not write for any writing sites except mylot, if this is called a writing site too. there are certain rules in every site, so you can check with their terms before post one article to the other site.
