can you join a sister site if you were banned from other?

I just wonder if you are banned from one gpt website, can you join its sister site, which is owned by the same person? For instance, if I was banned from simplegpt, can I join its sister site, like points4rewards? I afraid it recognized my ip address and banned me again from there.

i just read from the terms and agreement of a certain site that once you get banned in their site you get banned from their sister sites.

Dont know what sit your talking about, but I was banned from a site but I am still a member in the sister site.
