for me, the endorsement by manny of willie would've meant a turn off for some voters. but with what willie recently pulled out having shown his hurting side by being arrogantly proud did, yes, not only caused villar not only to lose but yes, sink. what do you think?

I guess this time the Willie Magic did not happen. If you would also see that he supported Mar in the election though silently. Well I think that Willie may be good at promoting commercials but when it comes to political he is not the person to approach. I guess it was a wrong move for Villar to take him in his campaigns.

It is the first time that willie openly endorsed a political figure. He is known to be a good commercial endorser. I think he has made a lot of money from doing that for his show but I guess when it comes to politics it is different because you not only sell a product but you sell a person. It means that when you endorse a politician it also reflects your character to the candidate. This time it was his character that really pulled the image of his candidates. Showing arrogance, does not work in many voters at all. Trying to dictate what the media should shoot and publicly trying to command them that it should have been done this way and not that way would not work and it turned negatively on the public.

maybe it is a little off to get revillame as a political endorser but it would be more off if no one would get him, right? villar lost and his endorsers are being looked at as the sinking factor. had villar won his endorsers would be viewed as one of the winning factors. anyway, maybe it is just to get a topic to talk about after villar lost.

hello ritchelle, Villar should have defended himself against Gordon's accusations and stop the never ending mudsliding in the first place. if he (villar) was really in command of this, he should have stop these allegation making by his supporters against the LP, and yeah, stop the commercials! he should have engage in debate with gordon-bayani and villanueva-yasay tandem, instead of just depending on Pacman and Willie. Willie, he can never be RICHARD GORDON, he won't be arrogant if he wasn't raised and trained that way, as for willie, he should shut his mouth and do campaign for his candidate, that's what happen when proud people start loosing it.

Nah, I don't think so. Remember the survey where they asked people if they would vote for people endorsed by Willie and more than 40% said they would not. People just think he's an ill-mannered host who throws tantrums when he wants. Nobody cares what he thinks anymore. We just like to laugh about his stupid and irritating antics.

i wonder why villar never thought of asking any of his staff to find out willie's turnout of voting power.

i think villar could have chosen an endorser with a good background. willie as we know has been with controversies before. people loved him because of his show but even though he still got some issues about his attitude and the recent one is i consider the worst that makes him sink now.

Together with the former president's accusation of being a liar and then with an arrogant endorser, who would want to vote Mr. Villar? When the trio (Pacquiao, Dolphy and Willie) endorsement was aired, all i can think was these are all womanizer!!! Not only did Manny Villar lose but also Willie's reputation; dropped from zero to so negative
