if you are accustomed to eat breakfast every day? whether breakfast is useful to you?

Breakfast is the most Important meal of the day. Even more important than lunch and dinner menus that in fact a more complete and bigger portions. Breakfast to support the intake of nutrients for the body to a full day's activities. Precisely with breakfast, we've been helping the body's metabolism to work properly throughout the day. The result, the body will be energized. People who take the time to be ascertained breakfast can concentrate better, more productive, and not easy to limp because of running out of energy. Skipping breakfast will affect your body's performance that day. Therefore, you should not skip breakfast. Manage time carefully so that you can take the time to eat something in the morning. If necessary, install your alarm and get up earlier.

I eat light breakfast everyday. However there are times that I also eat heavy breakfast. We don't skip breakfast because according to my grandmother it's best to have breakfast for a healthy brain.

Very nice, you do not skip breakfast. I often skip breakfast, because sometimes no time.

I make sure we all eat breakfast in our house as it is really good ot eat something first thing in the morning. We just have normal breakfast during the week due to the lack of time, so its fruit and yougurt, ceral and toast. At weekends we have waffles or eggs when there is more time ot be relaxed

I believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In England we have a saying 'Breakfast like a king and dine like a beggar', meaning that we should eat more earlier in the day than later. If you don't eat a substantial and nutritious breakfast you will then be tempted to pick at less healthy things during the morning. Eating a good breakfast also gives you more stamina to take on the day.

Yes. You are right. Breakfast gives stamina to us. I often skip breakfast, and it makes me feel weak at work.

i don't eat breakfast everyday..it's either i'm late for my classes or i woke up and its already lunch.. =) but whenever i eat breakfast, i don't get too hungry the whole day.. i don't know why.. maybe because the effect of it is greater than eating only at lunch time and dinner..

I also sometimes skip breakfast, because in a hurry to go to work. But, I became weak, and felt hungry.

hi, i accept breakfast is having a vital role in our body activity . but i can not take the breakfast everyday. but my family members are compiling me to have it. some times it makes me vomiting sensation like that.
