Excuses, Excuses.......

I like my job that I'm at for the past 6 plus years but I had a few that I didn't like and I always tried to come up with an excuse not to go or to leave early.
.
One of my excuses was....I had my girlfriend call my work and tell them she was the secretary for a construction company(I can't remember the name, it's been years)
and tell them my boyfriend fell of the roof and broke his arm and they took him to the hospital. I cried some fake tears and I got to leave work

I know that was kinda bad but I really didn't want to be at work that day.
Do you have any good excuses

Uhm, I'm not that good on excuses.. lol, One excuse I could make is go to the clinic and tell the nurse that I'm having hypertension so that I could have a check-up and have a medical certificate. That's hard to do though because it's not easy to make your BP go up.

A lot of peop;e at my job use there kids as excuses but I can't do that.
