The best fries I ever had is the fries from Wing Stop they are sweet and salty. But, my second favorite is garlic fries because I love them.... I get them from a local Burger stand called Burger Hut....But, love fries regardless all shapes and sizes. Mc Donald's fries use to be my favorite but they have changed them drastically....There okay but I don't rush to get them... Now Wienerschnitzel has great fries as well I can eat those all the time....What the best you ever had and from where????

I love homemade french fried potatoes, but commercially, I think the best fries were probably boardwalk fries bought on the boardwalk in Ocean City Maryland. they are delicious and vinegary. I mean I like to add vinegar to them to make them delicious.

I like the waffle fries from Chik-fil-A though New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood's fries seem as though they have garlic butter or something on them; it's hard to tell and we always forget to ask when we go (usually drive through).

adubose McDonalds fries are awful but BurgerKings are so good I just wish I had some right now. I would eat them in an instant. In and Out also has good burgers and excellent french fries too. now I am getting hungry and in thirty minute it will be our dinner time here.but alas no good crunchy french fries, think it is ham and yams tonight.

Well, fries do taste differently, definetely. Different brands means different tastes, the taste also depends on how long you leave the fries in the oven and at what temperature. I personally like my fries nice, thin, salty and crispy. For me, it's McDonalds that best matches my personal fry needs. Although, I must agree that sometimes they put too much salt... What I also like is home made baked fries, which would be long and thick and at the same time crispy. It's also very good if you add oil to the fries, it really does give them a nice taste.

I also love McDonald's fries. I like it because they're salty and I love salty foods (a sign on what kind of sickness I would have when I get older, hmm). I also love the ketchup of McDo. And so, the combination of the ketchup and the fries are a good combination for my taste buds. :D

The best fries I have ever had come from Popeyes. They are Zesty Seasoned Cajun Fries and they are bomb. My second favorite is Jack In The Box's curly fries. They are good even when they are reheated and we all know you cant just reheat any fries.

Really, you don't like McDonald's fries? I actually love them! They are my favorite, as well as my husband's and our oldest son's. Though I have to admit that they overdo it with the salt. So, I normally get them with no salt when I order them for myself and/or my son. They taste so much better without all that added salt. My second favorite has got to be from In-N-Out Burger. They use fresh potatoes, unlike McDonald's frozen ones. You'd think that they'd taste better since they're fresh. But for some reason they still don't compare to McDonald's french fries. Go figure! LOL Happy mylotting!

It is really a long time that I did not take the french fries. Here only McDonald and Kentucky account for the most of the market quota of fries. Though some of enterprise would like to share part of the business in this area, they did not success on this. Assumed that it is out of different fries making process. Compared with McDonald and Kentucky, I would not quite identify the difference.Fries are not my favorite food.

The best fries I ever had here in Jolibee. I know its a kid kind of food. But I cant help it. Even the smell, I just easily fall on to buying it. I love the tastes and the crisps of the fries.

For me the best fries are can be found on KFC and Potato fries, the reason why I love KFC fries because their fries are so big and taste like meat while Potato fries is they have several flavors to choose from like barbecue, cheese, and sour cream flavors but still I'm still searching for a fastfood that serves different kinds of fries. Any recommendations will be accepted.

I live in Belgium, the land of the fries. Almost on every corner you can buy them in specialized shopped, called 'fritkotten'. In my opinion, the best fries I've ever had were bought in my hometown of Schepdaal in a local 'fritkot' called 'de lekkerbek', they are not too thick, not too thin, just perfect in length en taste like heaven. Everyone should try them!

The best fries that I have ever had are from a place called Wiener Works, they take very large potatoes (fresh) and turn them into awesome french fries, they are by far the best. The fries are a meal all by themselves, you can't eat anything with it. My kids love to go there, it is more expensive than fast food so we don't go that often and it isn't in my neighborhood. To bad it isn't a franchise with a drive threw, I think I would be sneaking off for a midnight snack.

The best fries I've ever had are from Rally's. I think it's because they are ALWAYS crunchy and crispy, and they're completely covered with the seasoning. My tummy is always satisfied when I bite down on a Rally's french fry. :] I also like french fries from In n'Out. They taste like fresh potatoes and they aren't really as greasy as other fries. But overall, I enjoy Rally's fries the most. I'm craving some right now. xD

From our local fastfoods, I like the fries of Jollibee as I just eat them straight even without dipping them into anything. Yes, I agree. Macdonald's fries here are tasteless--they leave it to the customers to choose their own dip I guess.

For me the best fries would be that one made from KFC. Though the skin of the potato is not totally remove but for me, the fries taste a lot better compared to any fast food chambers that I visited. There's a distinctive taste that I always craving for.
