What does your typical Thanksgiving meal include?

Everyone has different foods for Thanksgiving. It is hard being married now and going to see his family and missing mine. Some foods I took for granted are not prepared. What do you eat? What can you not live without for Thanksgiving? My favorite is my grandmas mac and cheese! My 2nd favorite is a green pea and asparagus casserole. His family has neither, so I might make a teeny dish to take along. lol Do you think I am being rude?

Thanks, so you have a mix of traditional and asian food all at the same meal or you go to a couple different homes?

What kind of veggies? Do you have a specific one or different ones different years? I am hungry just thinking about it.
