Lure LeBron to your team.

If you were the owner of a NBA team, what would you use to lure LeBron Jams? Miami has the simplest bargaining chip in my opinion. All they have to say is "You hear hear of South Beach? Ever seen the women who hang around South Beach? Come play for the Heat." The nicks have great lighting for the games, but South Beach is South Beach.

If by some insanely slim chance the Lakers were able to sign LeBron, I'm sure Kobe would become the player coach of the team. He'd only put himself in the game in the forth quarter,, if he felt the team needed a few quick daggers in the final 3 minutes or so. Phil Jackson needs to go ahead and pass the clipboard to Kobe "Zen Mamba" Bryant already. He's got nothing more to prove.

Though money is one of the key for a luring a superstar but I think the promise of ring is also significant. If I would lure Lebron on my time I would not only promise him a money if my team has a lot of space in salary cap, I would also give him and assemble the best roster that will play with him. I will give him the role player that he so needed in winning his first ring. Next season is pretty much of an excitement since a lot of good players will become a free agent. I think this players will also love to play alongside Lebron, so aside luring Lebron it is also important to lure good side kick or back up player for him. Luring good player is a way of also luring Lebron to play for my team.

Some of the free agents this off season have to keep their ego's in check. The top guys up for grab are LeBron, Wade, Bosh, and Dirk if he decides to opt out. There are other guys who are great, but no every great player is a superstar. Where ever he goes LeBron will be the top dog.I don't think Bosh would have a problem with that if they ended up playing together. Dirk is a guy who can't get it done as the number one star on a team. I don't know if he realizes it or not, but he would be much better off as the number two guy...Even with all his talent.

Dwyane Wade playing alongside with Lebron James is one heck of a duo. That should be the most entertaining team to watch in the NBA. And they could run for a championship next season if Lebron chooses to sign with the Heat.

And they are both Nike guys(Wade's shoe is Converse, but that's under the Nike umbrella.) The marketing potential there would be pretty interesting if they won a title together. A Wade/LeBron puppet commercial featuring an argument of who was Batman and who was Robin would be hilarious.

i would use all of my assets to lure lebron. i would tell him that he has a better chance to win a championship here, that this city is great bla bla, and also that i can offer him a big amount of money while still giving him a good supporting cast.

He already has a supporting cast in Cleavland. They are good too. Good enough to goof off with on the bench during the regular season, and mime photography before games. He needs teammates(Like Kobe has, not some second fiddle cats who can't do anything without the star on the floor) who are able to play the game well, and not just stand around like a bunch of hopeless goobers waiting to see what LaBron does next.
