Best manga ever

Read One Piece! It's the best shonen manga ever. Fullmetal Alchemist is very good. OP and FMA are both better than Naruto. If you like sports manga, you should read Slam Dunk! If you like shoujo manga, you should read Fruits Basket.

How about Hunter x Hunter and Claymore. Those are some pretty good shounen series too. If you're looking for some completed series to read try Houshin Engi, Rurouni Kenshin and Black Cat. For shoujo, if you want to get into that, there's Basara, Skip Beat, Red River and Vampire Game. All except Skip Beat are complete so you should be able to find them somewhere online. I like all of these because of the strong female protagonist. It's nice to read about girls that can hold their own and not rely on the guy for everything. Then there's the gender-bender series (technically they are shoujo but I like to give them their own section). Try Hana Kimi, W Juliet and Girl Got Game. There are plenty of comedy and romance in them. For sports, try Eyeshield 21 and Initial D. Eyeshield is plain crazy and hilarious. It's a series about American Football but the thing I like best about it are the various crazy characters. They're all just quirky and interesting. Initial D is about street racing and even though it is an older series it is still awesome.

I'm currently reading kaichou wa maid sama manga and watching its anime as well. Actually I more into love stories and since you are reading naruto and deathnote, you might not be interested with romantic manga. But you can just try to scan some if you like.

i recommend Yotsuba& :) there are lots of great works here in Japan. it is really difficult to choose one as the best. But yotsuba& is definitely one of the best works. :) you can buy translated versions through amazon.

there are so many.i love to read yakitake japan.its all about breads and pastry.for romantic manga, i will pick Ouran school host club.what a funny story.for stunt and battle manga, i will choose naruto and gantz.for tricky mind liar game manga is the best.
