do u like someone disturbing you in deep sleep?

Nothing can be more annoying or bothersome than someone interrupting you while you try to sleep. The deeper the sleep you are in, the more relaxed is your stste of mind. When that is interfered with, your psyche is traumatized. You may not be able to take yourself baack to that tranquil place you were in.

I hate it when people do that. When they do I always wake up grumpy and mad.
