Is Interadmedia a Scam

I joined a website a few months ago which promised to pay me for surfing the internet. I did at the time think that this was probably one of those too good to be true sites. Nevertheless i continued registering with the site and using it everytime i logged on. Soon my earnings seemed to build up and i had reached enough to cash-out. I requested a payout for $25 however i am still waiting for my payment. I just wondered if any other members of Mylot had any similar experiences or if indeed some people have recieved payment from this company.
