Are PTC sites genuine?

Hello myLotters, After searching on the forums I have found that many people are active on the PTC sites, they are paid to click on the advertisement, they can rent referrals, and they can earn from their earnings. I also have joined some PTC sites, but I am slight skeptical about the whole idea of PTC, first I am much confused about referrals renting system, why they provide referrals for rent? If they have members who has joined themselves and clicking the advertisements, why they are so eager to give us a share of their earnings? It is beneficial for certain web site that member joined without any reference. My another confusion is that why the same advertisements keeps displaying there? myLotters please solve my question as I am really confused what to do, now days I am clicking on the PTCs but I am confused that if I am wasting my time or what? Is anyone here who got paid by these PTC sites? And if yes, which are these sites? There are lot of members are saying that I got paid, but please here at myLot anyone there who got paid by such websites? Currently I am clicking on gagabux, neobux, bux.to etc...
