Does any one have a good online money making sites. And i have signed up many PTRs but they are really boring.. They pays 5$ per click and say out at 10000 $. Does this thing really happens?

Are those 2 sites international? Its pretty hard for us asians to get those kinda offers because their so rare to be offered here in asia.
