I have many bad experience with working in a job. Only a few were good. One bad experience was when I was supposed to be promoted to be office manager, many women were jealous (some friends), they pounded on me, started rumours about me sleeping with the boss, started to make fun of me, tryed to get me fired by going to the boss and saying I was talking alot, ect. And some of them I even hanged out with. Another bank office that I worked at , many women team leaders, I helped train new temporary workers and just joked around sometimes and I got in trouble with a bank leader becuase she said I was talking and I was piced on by one of them. This guys talks all the time and he never got in trouble. The only good experience was when I was an accounting clerk and receptionist and There were only 2 men bosses and I just was mostly by myself. That's why I want to work at home or start a online business.

It is not bad to get out and get a job. What is bad is when your employer tends to run over you and treat you like one of their children or someone that is very dumb. Working out of the comfort of your own home can free you up from all of that. You do not have to answer to anyone but the good man above. Work when you want to work, break when you want to break, run errands when you need to. All of the things they do when they employ you......

If you are staying in a place where it will be bumper to bumper traffic in the morning hours and it will take you 3 hours to reach office and you need to get up at 4 am in the morning to reach office by 7 am, you will understand that. If you have kids and they had some problem at home or in the day care and you need to go and pick them up in middle of the day at work and it will take you 2 hours to reach the kids, then you will understand that. If you get a measy $400 per week and your bills will run up to $600 a week, then you will understand the misery and think about saving on the car and the gas and the insurance and the day care etc etc.... Hope i gave you some pointers why we look for work from home...
