Yes you have right you don't need and diet , it is enough if you will eat frequent and small portion. Of course we should not eat any fast food, just healthy food like vegetable and fruit. And exercise it is important too for my opinion just diet is not give you good result. Congrat for lose you weight.

for me, diet is the most excruciating ways to lose weight. However, the most effective way is to exercise strict

Maybe it is excruciating but it is helpful . When you make diet and exercise you lose weight quicker than just exercise. But you must choose good diet, to this diet be too excruciating and you use it too end. So before somebody choose some should think twice.

I hate labeling anything as a diet because I feel like it's so constricting. I've tried A LOT of diets before.. Crazy ones, too. And it's usually exciting for the first couple of days - eating new things, trying new recipes, and just having something exciting (like weight loss) on your mind.. But after a while (and by a while, I mean a few days), it gets old, annoying, and tiresome. *shrugs*. Most diets that I've tried (successfully or not) have been crash diets, which usually involve severely depriving yourself - so you end up overeating EVENTUALLY because your body is just not meant for handling starvation.

Hi Marcinwise Yes I have tried dieting and in my opinion diets don't work for me I don't like being told how much and when I can eat . Everyone has a diet of some kind be it a good healthy eating diet or a bad junk food ,to much fat, or trans fat diet ect.. A diet is the way a person eats, what they eat and how much of it. I choose to exercise ,change the way I prepare the foods I eat, drink plenty of water and limit white flour ,sugar ,fried foods and sauces, such as gravy and other high salt processed foods, still eat what I want just prepare them differently I replace a lot of white flour products with whole wheat products and I eat a lot o fish I make sure I have a 80% veggies and 20 % meat intake when I have a meal Its really helped me out a lot with my digestive system ,energy, and also helping me maintain and even loose a couple of pounds here and there.

when i'm on cutting phase my diet (lose fat) i use the formula of 1 x lean mass = required grams of carbs/protein intake aday plus i back it up with my 20-30 min. cardio exercise...the key thing when you are lossing weight is discipline and determination even what diet plan you use as long you have this two you'll reach your goal..
