Is it atopic dermatitis.?
Milk, shellfish, nuts, eggs, soy, oats, wheat etc should be avoided...
Mainly you should take a gluten free diet..ie.avoid wheat,oats..
Try to avoid these
Some common allergens --wool and synthetic fibers, soaps and detergents, some perfumes cosmetics,dust,smoke-stop smoking..
There is UV light therapy for the disease, drinking Oolong Tea 2 times a day helps-but it is expensive..of course treating colloidal oatmeal with bath tub water is good..
Have a nice day/night..

I had those. I just put lotion on it and some fluid the doctor prescribed to me. I suggest your friend to go to the doctor to check it up and for the doctor to give her anything helpful.

I can relate to this because I have one. I haven't tried oatmeal as a treatment for this. My skin asthma is likely cured when I sleep early, relax and avoid chicken.
