Here's How to Enjoy Life! (Yeeepeee!)

1. Relax. Learn to relax and let go of many things in your life. Sometimes you have to let go even of some important things. 2. Meditate. Spend time alone with God. This is super relaxing! 3. Enjoy the exercise you want, and just do it regularly, without targeting goals. I recommend walking for 40 minutes or so. 4. Enjoy deep breathing. 5. Eat healthy food. 6. Laugh a lot and learn to have a sense of humor. 7. Write a lot even if you're not a writer. Draw or paint. Keep your write-ups on your own blog or website and publish it for others to see. This is so enjoyable and fulfilling. A recent study says patients who wrote diaries showed healing and recovery more than those who didn't. Writing with pleasure is therapeutic. Since I have been enjoying my own website, it's been an exciting new life everyday!

you have a good plan on how to enjoy life. relaxing is good. meditating is the best for mind peace and quietness. exercising is good for health. eating healthy food is very important, im a vegetarian since i was about 10 years old. i enjoy laughing as much as i can. drawing or painting are ways of meditating. i like your plan on how to enjoy life!

hi lowlycook i think thats the way on how to be an easy-go-lucky man.. yeah i think you your ways are good, just have a life with no worries. i don't mean not to worry about your problems but to solve them without stressing yourself to much cause stress is what makes our life hard, it can also make us feel negative emotions.. just enjoy life.. have a nice day..
