I need to send money to other paypal personal account. I do not pay taxes. The person who receives money from me,pays taxes? If I send $1,the person receives $1? thank you for answer:)

i ahve transfered many times from paypal to paypal and the answer is no,there is no deduction when you transfer from paypal to paypal accounts.the exact amount is received.so dont worry just transfer without hesitation.

hi cip if you just send straight through with no credit card thingy you will send him or her one dollar. neigher of you will be charged for that transaction.

If you put it as "other" or "rent" or "gift" your friend shouldn't have to pay anything from the $1.00 you send.

if your paypal already have main balance and you want to transfer that money to other paypal then theres no deduction, whatever you send will be the exact amount, but if for example you dont have balance in your paypal but you want to send money using your credit card or debit card through paypal then thats the only time you will be charge for a service fee.
