Are you a morning person? / myLot

Or are you really grumpy in the morning? I believe I am a morning person. I go to bed by 9pm, so I would say I get plenty of sleep.(but the alarm goes off at 4:15am. I am usually in a good mood in the morning, as long as we are not out of coffee.

No, not at all. People know to leave me alone a little while after I have woken, and approach me later.

Once in a awhile, I will wake up in a not so good mood. My boyfriend has this saying..."Sometimes I wake up grumpy, and sometimes I let HER sleep in."

I do too. Unless i awake in the middle of the night and can not get back to sleep. then i am very tired. what is the first thing you do in the am? i get my coffee and head to my computer for about an hour, then get ready for work.

I’m becoming a morning person because of my job. I have to get up early and by nightfall I’m tired out. I’m not usually grumpy when I get up though – no matter what time it is. I can be out of it, but hardly grumpy.

we are on the same kind of schedule. now today, i did wake up grumpy. i think it was because i was up at 3:30am yesterday, putting the Thanksgiving turkey in the oven!

im totally not a mornin person...im jus nocturnal..i can stay awake like as long as possible in the nights(save the days of exams :P) but i can jus never get up early

i think it is a habit thing. my kids could sleep til noon, but now they have full time jobs, they can get up in the morning fairly easily.

5:30 is about the time I roll out of bed. The alarm goes off at 4:30am. I like to turn on the TV and watch the early news.

I am certainly not a morning person, i like to get up and relax for awhile while i try and wake myself up but with children that is extremly hard! So normally of a morning i am grumpy and short tempered!

I am a morning person only when I have gotten a good nights sleep. However if i've gone to sleep late or had trouble sleeping becuase of the heat or mosquitos I wake up grumpy.

I guess you could say I'm a morning person. I hate being disrupted from my sleep (when I hear BEEP BEEP BEEP - the annoying alarm clock). But once I'm up and showered I'm usually in a pretty good mood. Don't piss me off though first thing - it may take a while for me to get over it!
