They even say 6 cups of black coffee a day is good.that's the max i mean.coffee is healthy coz it prevents certain diseases but once you have them then it would worsen them even more. Like hyper acidity in the stomach.

I am a coffee drinker too.And I am fond of a bit strong coffee with less sugar. And I start my day with a cup of it.I also prefer coffee whenever I feel sleepy at the time of work.I drink coffee almost everyday. It keeps me going and I feel relaxed and comfortable. As per an article too much coffee is bad to you especially if you drink it to get rid of the sleepy feelings. If we drink coffee throughout the day, it disturbs or destroys our ability to sleep,as it has too much caffeine in it..It certainly wards off sleep but it had negative impacts like insomnia, a loss of sleep during night time, negatively affects the judgment, reasoning and and health of the human beings. Anything in excess is always bad,I hope.

I have read articles on both sides of the fence about this subject. I am addicted so I have to have it and I love it. Coffee is great for me. I can drink it right before going to bed too. Some people have reactions to the caffeine but I tend to only get a headache if I do not have a cup or three.

hi bart78 Coffee is not bad at all for you. In fact a study of older women found that 90 percent of the women who drank four to five cups of coffee a day had 90 percent less chance of becoming senile or getting Alzhemier disease than women who drank no coffee or just one or two cups of coffee. I do not use instant so have no idea who much to use per cup. use ground coffee, much tastier.

i heard it on the tv from a nutritionist that two cups coffee is the max intake of a person per day. about the amount of how many teaspoon that is i dont know. i drink the three in one so i no longer worry of how many coffee powder to put and the amount of sugar to put. all i need is open and put it on hot water. plus there are so many flavors to choose from and you can also have the low sugar.

A study group of researchers from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil mentions men who regularly drank a cup of coffee every morning has sperm able to swim more agile than men who never drank coffee in the morning. They studied 750 men who will perform vasectomies and divided into four groups based on the amount of coffee they consumed, ie: those who do not drink coffee, light coffee drinkers (between one to three cups of coffee per day), coffee drinker, moderate (between four-six cups per day) and heavy coffee drinkers (more than six cups per day). This study uses a scale size 100ml cup. The result, those who consume regular coffee each day has a quality far more healthy sperm than those who did not consume coffee. The content of caffeine in coffee can help the sperm swim faster than sperm sample to help improve the process of IVF (in-vitro fertilization), the method of fertilization outside the womb. The results were published in the Journal of the American Society for conferences Reproductive Medicine, in San Antonio.

i drink coffee everyday. it keeps me going since i gain so much energy. an article says before that too much coffee is bad to your especially if you slurp instead of sleep. in his book SLEEP WELL, SLEEP DEEP, Dr. Alex Lukeman says that if we drink coffee throughout the day, it disturbs or destroys our ability to sleep. he also says that a loss of sleep negatively affects your judgment, reasoning and and health (from trueeducation.org) coffee and/or caffeine is OK. but anything in excess is bad.
