I am a coffee drinker and for me a day is not complete without a cup. Some people say coffee is bad for the health. Others say it good for the heart. So I don't really know if it's good or bad. What I always say is that anything that's too much is not good. But who is to say how much coffee is too much? Do you know?

the guideline is 2-3 cups a day. but others say 2 is enough for them. it seems this is a case to case basis. i also believe that it is within this range that the benefits of coffee is taken advantaged of. it gives us alertness and focus. not to mention it's bonus of anti-oxidants. too much coffee, more than 3 cups a day, brings it negative effects like elevated heart rate etc.

There coffee that is good for the heart like those coffee from nutritional products and I think some coffee are not good for the body specially those that has lots of caffeine. Some says caffeine is good if you will take it lightly but as what we have noticed most coffee drinker are being addicted with coffee.

1-2-3 stop. I think 3-4 cup coffee is the optimum or a standard usage for good or appropriate. Where are there are people who goes for 7-8 cups of coffee a day can be considered as bad or excess for health because of the 'nicotine' percentage contained in it. When considered our food habit like break fast, lunch and evening snacks and dinner. If you follow a cup of coffee/tea at our main course of food time, 4 cup is good enough and a level of maximum. All I feel to say is you can have 3-4 cups a day, as an ideal usage without much complications. Or if you prefer more, why don't you try DXN coffee, which has no issues in any way and you can have any quantity. Regards, Thank-s
