anyone heard the health benefits of this? Does anyone actually have personal experience? My husband has been reading about its health benefits for arthritis and I have also read about it helping with cholesterol levels. Both these are issues my husband suffers from. I've also read that it can help stablize the pH in our bodies thus helping with numerous other ailments and weight loss. I started drinking this with local honey yesterday. If you use this please share your experience, thanks

Sometimes back, a friend of mine suggested this thing to me - mixing apple cider with honey to neutralize my blood pressure. I did it once every after dinner so as not to upset my stomach. Anyway, the taste is ok and the result is great that my blood pressure has stabilized. Until now, I do it once in a while and have recommended it to a next door neighbor who has the same problem.

so glad to hear about your stabilized blood pressure. My husband said his joints feel better already after just a few days. I still notice no difference though I haven't been to a dr. for anything and don't know that I have any blood pressure, cholesterol issues. I've been eating super healthy and the last few extra pounds are moving, this may be a result of the vinegar and healthy diet combined. I'm really hoping this is cleansing toxins out of my body :) that is my real goal.

Do you live a regular raw lifestyle? I've been studying this diet alternative and am very intrigued. But I get overwhelmed. I do eat clean and have been eating strictly vegetarian for the past week, but I do put skim milk in my oatmeal so I guess I've been one of those veg. people who drinks milk and eats eggs.

Thanks for your reaction. Syndi, as far as I am concerned, throwing out toxins from your body is a different story. I also subjected myself to cleansing my internals disposing of those garbage deposited in my system. Eating a lot of raw vegetables and fruits for a month together with some honey is all it takes to cleans my internals and boost my immune system. I did not take anything cooked from morning to bed time. I also abstained from my usual hot coffee in the morning. Then I felt revitalized and gone back to my normal daily life. And that's how I cleans my body of unwanted toxins.

i tried this therapy thing with apple cider vinegar: 1 tablespoon in a glass of water after every meal and the results were astounding: 1. my parched lips need not require more than one application of lip balm a day. this is in testament to what they say that apple cider vinegar restores skin's ph. 2. my urine got clear and i can really see the oil they say apple cider vinegar drives away from the body via the urine. testament also that apple cider vinegar regulates weight. however, if you value your dental work forget apple cider vinegar therapy. just look for other products that produce the effects you want that apple cider vinegar delivers.

Isn't it like candy? Just brush your teeth after so the acid doesn't remain on them and eat them away? I have no dental work but certainly value my teeth.

I actually am talking about the actual apple cider vinegar. Don't wanna let my hubby know there is a pill alternative, he'll add to his pill arsenal yet another one. I was just thinking that brushing your teeth would get rid of the acid so you wouldn't have to worry about your teeth :)

oh, i see, you're talking about the tablets. they say the vinegar in liquid form itself is better. am talking about the fillers in my teeth. i also did follow the precaution of brushing after drinking this liquid form of apple cider vinegar in water but still, it is acid. fillers went off.

Yes, I've heard of many health benefits of apple cider vinegar. Some are old wives' tales and some are backed by scientific studies. There have been studies that indicated that it helps lower cholesterol levels, helps with weight loss and helps lower blood pressure. My mother took it for some time and she said that she felt better while taking it, probably because of the minerals in it.

Hello there, I have an experienced using apple cider to purify toxin from the body, burning fat and level my cholesterol. Its good for blood purifier and eliminate toxin from the body.I've been using it for almost 3 years now.I used to mix with luke warm water and with one table spoon of apple cider vinegar upon arising and after my lunch.I found that my body can't easily absorb cholesterol. So it helps me maintain my weight too. I used organic apple cider vinegar and I just love it!!

Yes, I should have added the organic portion. I'm using organic raw apple cider vinegar but of course it's still too early to notice any changes. I am very interested in the fact that it helps eliminate toxins from the body.
