Not long ago I posted a discussion on the stable I work at about the owners not being there alot. Cars were driving up and down the drive way. Cars were driving around the driveway by the house. That was not all that was going on! A woman and her daughter were comeing down to the stable just to look at the horses! Someone,a boarder, confronted the woman that she was Tresspassing and to get off the property! I guess she did and has not come back! After that the stable owner put up a chain a cross the drive way! It hooks on two polls that are on the sides of the driveway. The owner said she would lock the chain and give the boarders and leasers the combination. No lock yet! The chain is just hooked on the two poles and when I drive in I have to unhook the chain and then rehook it up! Same thing when I leave! That wasn't all! One boarded ,who owns a broadmare and her 6 week old foal, lost ownership! She was sending payments late and non payments to the woman she had got the mare from! The original owner now owns the mare and foal now! It looks like another boarder will buy by the mare and filly! The girl who lost ownership of the mare and foal said she sold her little gelding! We aren't sure because he is still at the stable and no money was put down! To make matters even worse the girl is behind on back board! Her parents are divorced and she is so pissed at mom she's been telling lies about her! This girl is very immature and a no it all! I hope things settle down soon! I am sick of the soap opera!

Things have gotten a little crazier over the weekend! The main night feeder, who also is a boarded, got in a car accident on saturday coming to the stable! I don't know all the details but someone hit him at an intersection and it was the other drives fault! Frank now has 2 broken ribs and was in the hospital 2 days! So until Frank is better his night feedings need to be covered. Luckily the next 2 weeks I am on the day shift and I can help do 2 of the night feedings during the week! With the mare and foal that has gotten weirder! The woman who was interested to buy the both is backing out! She has 3 horses right now! One is her's and the other two are her kids! She is now looking for a Welsh pony for her the daughter who wants show! The 2 kids horses are to much for the 7 year old! Anyway the mother of the daughter who was buying the mare and foal, originally, is trying to get this woman to still buy the mare and foal so her daughter can't try to get them back when she turns 18 in June! It is such a mess!

Oh my that is some crazy stuff going on! Sounds like the owners need to be there more if at all possible and if not then they should maybe hire someone to be there because if someone got hurt on the property or one of the animals they board injured who knows what kind of law suit they might face you know? As for the drama queen I really hope for the broadmare and the foals sake that they get that situation squared away quickly. It saddens me when people treat animals as if they are nothing more than property to be passed around etc.. but unfortunately that tends to happen a great deal in the horse area. I wish you peace my friend this is one soap opera as you called it that needs to go off the air LOL!

With the owner being not around it is because she won't stand up to her husband! Her husband doesn't like the stable, never has! To him his restautant, which is like 20 miles away, and treating his wife like a slave is more important! I just wish Pat,so do all the boarders, would stand up to the jerk! She could stay at the house instead of being dragged out the house that is by the resturant and end up taken care of him! Pat hasn't much of a life! She and jerk face have a 6 and 4 year old. The kids, take up alot of time which is normal but the rest of the time,or most of it,has to revolve around the jack***! He is verbally abusive and I think she'll stay with forever! She knows it is important to have someone one in the house at the stable but she has no say in it! With the foal and mare it is still going on! The woman who was interested in the two isn't anymore! She has 3 horses right now and is looking for a pony for her 7 year old daughter who wants to show and the 2 Haflingers mom owns are to much for the girl! I heard the mom ,of the daughter was has so irresponsiable, wants the mom to still buy the two! Daughter turns 18 in June and mom doesn't want her try and get mom and baby back! The soap opera still goes on!

I wish I could say that I was sorry this little piece of work lost her horse, but it really isn't happening. do you think the original owner will be coming for the horse and foal? what happens if the animal isn't paid for?

Here is the story on the mare and foal as I know it. The woman who was interested in the mare and foal isn't interested in buying the two right now. She has her horse and she has 2 Halfingers for her kids. Now her oldest daughter wants to show and the Haflingers are not right for the 7 year! So mom is looking for a Wesh Pony which will be perfect for daughter! The mom of the daughter, the brat, who had been buying mom and baby might try to get them back when she turns 18! Her mom is trying to to get that woman to still buy her! I still don't know if the breeder will take back Rosie and her filly back. I'll try and find out.

I have enough stress in my life at my other job and in my life in general! This has been pretty stressful for me and it isn't getting better! At least for awhile! The main night feeder got into a car accident and has 2 broken ribs! The soap opera with the mare and foal is still going on! The girl who was, originally buying the mare and foal,is probaly will try to get them back in June when she turns 18 and her mom doesn't want to happen! I hope it gets better soon!
