I am able to eat three double cheeseburgers from MD's...easily. I don't recommend it, but I've done it. I don't recommend eating at fast food restaurants at all for that matter. I gained over 50lbs in one summer from eating there once everyday. Since then, I've cut out fast food and have been losing the weight. I honestly didn't notice the weight gain until I pulled out a favorite shirt and it didn't fit. I couldn't believe I had let myself do that. Anyways, I CAN eat a lot. Now, I choose not to though. As soon as I feel the slightest bit full, I quit. That is the key.
