hi, if you want to visit different countries, you will definitely need VISA. If you don't want to go through all problems in getting VISA You can go to places through Tour Operator, who will get VISA for your travel.

I am not very sure, but all my relatives who went to USA for service /job purpose, their visa was arranged by their employer only.

I got a working visa for Finland when I was 18 years old and a visitors visa for Hungary. I lived near to the embassies in the those days. I got a working holiday visa for Australia when I was 20 years old. I remember waiting in a queue at Australia House in London almost all day. I wished to go to Jordan and got a visitors visa at great expense. I then got it stamped and in doing that got evidence of a my trip to Israel. That was annoying for my travel plans for years. I was happy to get a new passport. Twice I have wished to go to Russia. However to go there I would need an invitation and visas for me, my toddler son and my baby daughter. I no longer live near the embassies. I would have to go to the Russian Embassy, apply and then go back there five days later. That wouldn't be easy for me to do. Otherwise I would have to employ a visa agent. Again that would be pricey. Visas act as a barrier and some nationalities are more lucky than others. Yes, it would be great if people didn't have to get visas because a passport should be enough.
