My bad days are getting away from my head the days in which i found my self helpless are now getting better day by day. i thank you all my friends for helping me out of that but in last 35 days my GF and my 2,3 friends near by me have really helped me out. now i am feeling i am forgetting every thing that has happened with me and also i am feeling that good days are coming back. ALLAH is happy from me that is why he has finished my bad days. and now some good days are going to come, what should i do?? it not about enjoyment but getting ready for the next task which ALLAH will put up on me. and every task is harder than the last one i have noticed. so how should i prepare my self for the next one? should i be ready for that or just enjoy the good days and when that happens fight it out too?? what do you do?? do you plan the next day or no?? thanks for your responses in advance

Hi Nina, I am so glad that the bad phase is a thing of past or at least it is becoming a thing of past. I am also glad to learn that your GF has stood by you, and so have a couple of your friends. I cant really say I've done much, even though I would have liked to. Yes, Allah has also stood by you. Nice of you to have realized that. Now, in life it is always like that. The next problem is always harder than the previous one. Just like every class in school has harder lessons in each year. As to plans, I have a rough sketch of future plans hopefully till the end of my lifetime. :) Within this, I have medium term plans, I will do this in that year and so on. Within them again, I have yet shorter term plans for the month and the week and the day. :) I take a walk in the mornings. At the end of the walk, I reflect what I have to do during the day. And that sets the plan of the day in the motion I guess. :) Have a nice day. :)

Hi Nina! I'm happy that things are settling down for you, and that you are entering a happier time. Life is a series of good and bad times, and that's really a good thing. Without the bad times, we may not appreciate the good times as much...or worse, think that that is what we deserve. Without the good times, we wouldn't be able to 'recharge our internal batteries' getting ready for the next tribulation that is put before us. Other than learning from what we go through, and helping others when they face similar issues...how do we prepare for the next 'bad' time? Other than surrounding ourselves with friends and family that care, and praying for strength and guidance, we can't know what direction the 'bad time' will take.
