A smile costs nothing. But, it can add at least seven years to your life, says a new study. Researchers have found that the secret to a longer life lies in cracking a smile -- and the broader one's grin and the deeper the creases around one's eyes when one smiles, the longer one is likely to live. So friends smile/laugh and live long Do you smile enough, not enough , smile as much as you can

This is an interesting post. I had also written an article about the top powers of smile. It certainly have great number of benefits. If all people would be knowledgeable to this and apply this in their lives, they will surely make good changes that will improve it. I would not give any comment on the definite number of years a person can live if he always smile, but I would certainly agree that people who lives a cheerful life will have a great, long life. People who smiles genuinely appears younger, optimistic and successful. They seems to be attractive that they attract people easily. Indeed, it affects also a person who will undergo an interview by companies or universities. People who knows how to smile would likely be hired on a job he is applying with. If a person has this positive attitude of smiling, he in inviting success in life. A person will be also away from sickness of illness because of smiling. It is because when a person is smiling, he releases endorphins on his body that acts as a natural pain reliever.

I have seen discussions like this being deleted, and honestly, I dont think they are justified. Periodically, people need to be reminded that smiling is the cheapest way to healthy living, as is deep breathing. Anyway, I do smile. :) Have a nice smiling day Ajay. :)

When I was a kid, and the radio was pretty much a new thing in our homes, papa used to tune Voice of America. There was this lady, Pat Case, she used to end the program with a line, if you see someone without a smile give him one of yours. I like the word itself because of all nostalgic memories it brings up. :)
