Green tea is great for many ailments, so go ahead and drink green tea. There are several other things you can do to help relieve eye strain and dry eyes. Over the counter artificial tears are inexpensive and just one drop will help relieve the dryness of the eye. Sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time without a break is not a good idea. Take frequent breaks. Look away at something as distant as you can see, then bring your vision back up close and look from side to side. Finally rub your palms together until they become warn, place the heels of your hands against the cheekbones and cup your eyes in your hands for a few minutes. Reflexology can provide relief from eyestrain. Here's an article on that subject. http://www.ehow.com/how_4476719_relieve-eye-strain-reflexology.html And finally but not least important, have your eyes checked. Eye strain, dry eyes and other vision problems often mean that you need to wear glasses. I hope you get some relief soon.

I take tea without the milk and sugar and damp a cloth in it and put it on my eyes to remove all tiredness and hurriedness, it works for me so I will tell you to try it and see if it works for you too.

Hi there baby Expo. I am a game tester, so my job involves a computer as well. Here are a few tips i can offer apart from an eye doctor: - Every 10-20 minutes, look at a point far away from you for a few seconds (3-5 should be enough) - check to see that you are not really close to an air conditioner - maybe that affects you

I work in front of my computer everyday from 9-12 hours. I've heard a lot of benefits from drinking green tea and so i include it in my daily routine. WHat i do though to relax my eyes is to rest every three hours. I usually look at the walls and close my eyes for at least two minutes trying to refresh. Also drinking of plenty of water also helps a lot.

Well certainly spend less time on the computer, and maybe have your eyes checked. I do know that the Chinese use green tea to treat everything from headaches to depression.
