A strange thing on my browser

Yesterday I met a strange thing happened on my browser: When my mouse point to a paragraph of text, a dashed rectangle had different color appeard around the text. I tried to open another tap in the same window, the situation didn't appear again. I can confirm I didn't change any option before. What happened on my browser? Have anyone met this before? What's the reason? Happy lotting!

what is your browser. try to uninstall and install your browser. If it not help, try to change your browser. I use opera. it is great. i have no problem encountered with it.

try to search the opera in internet. download opera. I use opera browser. It is better and faster than Internet explorer..

I think it is probably the Internet site you were visiting. Many have a facility that when you pass the mouse over a certain area of text, or a photograph it can change shape and/or size so that it stands our more and brings your attention to it. _Derek
