This is my work now and been doing it for a year. The advantage of being a VA is you can work at home, it will save you time from traveling to office plus the only person that you will please is your boss. You don't need to dress properly if you will be working from home, you don't need to wake up early to avoid the traffic plus you can raise your feet while working which for sure not all of you can do in their office with office mates around. I am just happy and wants to share with you that you can earn money as a VA, all you have to do is to prove that you can do the work and can be trusted.

I have seen the link in your profile but I haven’t checked it out properly yet because I wanted to respond to your discussion first, I will go back later. Working from home is great, I love it. I do freelance writing but my income is not great, I earn but not quite enough! What is it that you do exactly? Is it research work and can anyone join from the website? Good on you for having such a comfortable job!

You can participate in freelance writing, forum posting, article submission. They will tell you what they need exactly, my tip. Don't ask for a high rate if you are still new and no experience. And don't forget to take their exam, it will create a good profile. High score means you are more qualified.

Wooww! That sounds good. I have tried to create an online job for many years, and have some great sites now that look promising. But a real job could be good as a start, especially if they don´t ask for money for registering. Have to look at this kind of work a little closer..

I found my real job here. They are not asking money for a start but will take 10% from what you will get but fair enough.

I looked at the VA before. What exactly does it entail? I mean what kind of tasks are given to you? Could you elaborate a little bit on what your typical day is like? How many hours a day do you need to work? And the same question as the previous one - where did you find your present job?

They post what they require to a VA usually someone familiar in different programs like word, excel, knows how to do research and can follow instructions. You can choose which job to apply for. And you can also choose if you are qualified to work on their desired time frame as I am allowed to work anytime my time. The best part is they are paying in dollars per hour and I get my weekly pay. I work 6-10 hours per day depending on my number of buyers.
