fruit is not a food..!

we have to live in this world and taking food is so important and it is one of the three necessary material,and in that way we have to eat to live or live to eat ,no matter in that we have to under go with the necessary materials and get the job done..there are a lot of things we have to go through to get the job done and in that way we eat..! i have a doubt that should we have to include in the food as ,we have to eat only fruits and no other subjects for the three times we eat..there are a lots of fruits and my question..if we do like that will be alive without other food... there are a lots of kinds of fruits we have to go with and in that way it is we have to be decided what is really good for health..and some are good for the health and some are taken for the needs of water in the body and some others are taken for the taste.. i think we cannot take fruits as a regular food and it is only for the side dish..!

Surly many will die on a diet of just fruit, but ironically many will die if they did not eat fruit at all as well. Scurvy is a disease which is a direct result from lack of vitamin C. I guess to be safe our diet should be balanced.

good to have balance in all,and helenlgw there are lot of fruits which give us weight for example banana ,it give us weight so even in that we have to be in balanced..have fun..

I Totally disagree. fruits are very good for you and for your health. all fruit have vitamins, antioxidants fiber and much much more!!!

Our body needs many vitamins and minerals, and like any food, it doesn't contain all the nutrients all at once. SO we need varieties of food so that we will not lack nutrients. We can eat fruits alone as long as we can take milk with protein, like soya milk, sheep's milk or skimmed milk, since fruits don't have protein.

sure then we have to take a lot of food which contain water content so that it is good for any climate and we have to maintain the good health to live for long days that is the only thing we have to get the right for the right thing.have fun..
