does anyone know alot about youtube?

my question is one time but I forgot someone said one could make money on you tube by just watching videos? How can and what can one do to do this? or by leaveing comments. was wondering more about this and how they paid. any information is welcome. thanks.

You can't make money by watching videos and posting comments on Youtube, but you can make money by posting videos through the youtube partnership program.

You wont get paid for watching video at youtube. But its good way to promote something. Many people use youtube as important part of their marketing strategy.

there is a site it is called paid2youtube. i hear you can earn money from it by watching videos on the site.. although it might possibly be a scam. i thought i read something about some people not getting paid by the site. but also on reagular youtube i have heard that if you post up really good videos that you have created yourself and you get alot of hits on it. and what i mean by that is ALOT of views and good comments on it and stuff then you could earn some good money from it. but i dont know exactly how that works and how you get money from it.
