How to change password in gagaBUX?

This is a question to all gagaBUX users who have earned from it because i'm a new user and i try to change my password and it always says that password should be alphanumeric when in fact i did it already but still it didn't change. Do you know how?

I reached payout 1 month ago and requested it and still nothing so it's a scam in my opinion so you really don't need to change that password.

That's what I'm afraid of but still I want to try because some say that they have been paid after reaching payout amount.

Yes i read a couple of discussions and looks like they do pay but very late. I'll write my second support ticket and try to "force" them to pay
