Do you yell? By showing coldness? Or do you shut a person out and say nothing to them for the rest of your life?

I don't yell at people when I am angry, but I have to show my anger with strongest words that I can muster to say. Although sometimes, I feel I don't want to react and will give them a feeling of coldness. But either way, it leads to being stressed and when your stressed, you have another problem to solve and this involve your health, which is more dangerous.

i guess sometimes we have to yell in order to release our anger because if we are keeping too much emotions it could lead us to getting a heart attack one day..

i don't really show my anger to other people. i just keep quiet or just do the thing what i'm doing. if i feel very angry and stressed, i just cry at night in my bed to releases the stress and anger then, i feel better.

yes. if i keep too much anger for a long time without releasing it through crying, i am very irritated. so i have to cry so the people around me won't suffer too.

There are a lot of holes in the walls around this house, that's for sure. I am trying to get control over it, but sometimes some things just prove to put things over the edge sometimes.

hmm..don't you want to consider taking anger management course..i guess it is better to control your anger now..seems like your house is suffering every minute that you're angry..just make sure not to hurt a person if ever you snap again..

What!?How dare you tell me to take an anger manage-Hahaha, just kidding. No, I think anger is a normal reaction sometimes. I use it to fuel me during certain things, like exercise, martial arts, etc...The only time I get angry is when someone else gets angry at me for no reason, or is pestering me.

I actually keep my anger inside until one day I just explode in a shouting slamming door kind of rage. I know it is not good for me but it's just what I do. There is no way I could ever shut a person ojut because when I go off on one I have too much to say for myself.

i guess all of us tends to keep our anger till we can no longer hold it and explodes in one way or another..but i believe there's nothing wrong with that..it is even healthier to express emotions..

When I am angry to a person, I show them coldness. Sometimes I did not speak. Sometimes I go out of the house and take a walk until my anger fades away.

sometimes it is better to be silent when you're angry..in that way you can avoid saying things you might regret later on..

I'm not a yeller. I try to take a step back from the situation and make sure that I'm not over reacting. Sometimes I do shut the person out, but it just depends on what the dispute is about and who the person is in my life.

i tend to eat also if i'm angry..i guess it's a good distraction..but of course it is still better if there's someone to eat it with me and discuss my anger to..

When I'm really, really angry, my first reaction is to cry. I do this because if I don't I might hit the other person or throw things at him/her. Sometimes I yell (most cases when my brother angers me). And at times, I've also shut some people out.

Lately I have outbursts to myself if I am annoyed. I swear and make a loud noise and express my anger through my body!! I sometimes take it out on other people but its not usually that bad. Also I like to sing, draw, write and paint to release anger. Mass tidying up is good too!

I usually express anger by snapping at people or yelling at them.

whoah that's harsh..but healthy also since you are not keeping your anger in your heart..

I tend to express my anger in bad ways. I think I might need some anger management. I usually take it out on the people closest to me. It really upsets that and I don't mean to hurt them. It's just that they're the ones I spill all my problems to and the closest too. I think my sister gets hit the hardest. It makes me upset because I really do love her.

@stephanie: if you think you need to take anger management course, i believe you should do it..it is more effective if you are willing to change.. @moonbutters: i do agree that there's a fine line between love and hate..and usually we tend to hurt the one we love the most. i'm sorry that you've lost your sister. guess i'll be more patient with my sister too. thanks for the reminder..
