So do you think someones favorite movie says a lot about their personality? For example, my absolute favorite is Lord of the rings trilogy! My boyfriend says im a nerd! and makes me a tomboy! :) Whats does your favorite movie say about you?

welcome to the wonderful world of mylot lon. some people likes a movie because of actors who are included on the said movie. some wants a certain movie because of the story plot or the settings or the wisdom that they get in that movie. i like action films and so as my wife too.... so what does it mean when we like action movies? we also enjoy watching comedy films and cartoons. i know most women loves watching love story but not my wife. weird? for me no. she said that love story just bores her. but she is a very affectionate person and takes care of me and our child. now you liking lord of the rings does not make you a tomboy, maybe you have a warrior inside you. just my opinion.

i also heard once, my wife's friends calling her weird for she does not see titanic, ghost, and other romantic films. well just like you this movies are not appealing to her either. action/ action comedy films that what she loves. so we dont argue on what movie to watch. har har har thats the best part of it.

Im not big on Romance movies either. I have to say after The lord trilogy, i love the godfather series, scarface, Jaws, and horror movies!I do enjoy some comedy's as well. But the last type of movie i will ever go and see are romantic/comedys or romance films. They don't appeal to me at all.

oh really? my favorite movie is horror. does it mean that i am ugly? hehhe just kiding. i like zombie movie. since when im young until now. so maybe that is the reason im not that afraid of the dark? i guess so.

. you gave me a nice laugh eric. you made my morning much better. one of my wife's friend loves watching horror movies and she is not ugly too. she likes the feeling of screaming and getting excited while watching. maybe you both can be said as adventurous and never gets scared of life.

Yes I think that someones favorite movie says a lot about their personality. But it depends on the reason why it's the persons favorite movie. It is also open to interpretation on what particular feature of the movie to which personality trait it is connected to. You could have experience that matches the movie that's why you relate to it and thus making it your favorite or it could be you just like the good looking actors. It all depends on the reason.
