According to this article dimpleplasty is the latest plastic surgery to be done. http://www.nydailynews.com/lifestyle/2010/06/09/2010-06-09_new_cosmetic_surgery_dimpleplasty_gives_you_dimples_like_mario_lopezs_in_ten_min.html what do you think of this? I would think a man would not want this for the sake of shaving their face. But I'm not a man so maybe my opinion is invalid on this one. But I suppose of all other "plastic" surgeries out there this is probably the simplest of procedures from what it sounds like.

For one, I prefer people to look natural. Plastic surgery is usually obvious, and the way it makes people look so fake disgusts me. I think you're born with your looks for a reason. I mean sure, when I was a kid the thought of getting a nose job did cross my mind.. not that my nose is that bad, but I don't really like the end of it.. anyways.. as I got older I realized my nose looks good on my face, and I don't think any other nose would look right on me. I am considering getting skin removal surgery.. but it's not really to change my looks.. it's just to remove the excess skin caused by pregnancy and weight loss... to bring me back to my natural look. For 2, I don't think dimples are really all that attractive anyways.

You'll have to keep me posted on if you ever get that surgery done for the skin removal. That's one of those... "if I ever loose the weight...." kinda curiosities I suppose you could say.

I hear ya! Trust me I would love to do alot of things with my tax refund! I haven't seen my refund in 5 yrs! UG! It goes to the van payment and property taxes & then didly squat is left after that... well til next year anyways the van will be paid off. TFG! I'm a real worry wart when it comes to surgery so I dunno if I'd have it done unless it was necessary even if I would someday when pigs fly have that kind of cash just laying around KWIM?

Honestly I wouldn't bet on it, for financial reasons. It is something I really want to do, but I know it's beyond expensive. I keep saying I'll do it with our tax returns.. but honestly there are so many other things we could do with all that money. You know how it is, you're in the same boat where you go all year without being able to buy things you want and need.. seems a shame to throw a few thousand away just to change your body.. KWIM? IF I do it, I'll certainly post about it.. but I wouldn't hold my breath.

hi oh my gosh I have dimples and I hate them, everyone oohed and ahhed when I was a kid and I felt like wearing a paper sack over my head. whats with the dimples? unless you are gorgeous like Princess Diana was. dimples are just a nuisance to me.that guy was a hunk before the dimples so he did not really need them.

You must of been an adorable child that people oo'd and ah'd over your dimples! But I guess having somethign people think is cute and being pestered about it could get annoying over time.
