Who will really be in Control?

Noynoy Aquino was proclaimed as a newly elect President of the Republic of the Philippines, but I am in doubt who will really be in command, it will really be Noynoy himself will be in command, or her sisters? or somebody else(those persons who are behind the scene, those person who spend lots of money during his campaign)? i hope so, he was giving his presidential power to Mar as VP about 80%. But Mar lost the VP race, then how would he run the Philippines if he's giving his power to his VP supposedly to Mar. And now Binay is the new elect VP. How would this turn-out now? Is the people will support the leader but doesn't want to be one?

Yes that is what he said during an interview that he will give 80% of his job to Mar as his vice President because he knew that Mar is more wiser that him, so what now? who will do his job? because Mar did not win the election. I think it is good that he will give the 100% to Binay not just the 80% as what he promised to Mar.

Even if his sisters will be in control.I still don't have doubt that Noynoy will be a bad leader as what other people think of him because I think he really love his parents and he will do everything so that his parents name will still be neat in the eyes of the filipinoes.
