own house dream to me

hi mylot friends,
Really own house is a dream to me,but i does not care ,if i does not have a own house,still i am living in rented house for the last 50 years with my family,nearly i have changed 10 houses till now,i do prefer in living first floor of the house every time,but according to the fate and luck the house is available,in these 50 years i stayed twice in first floor,previously one time and now i am staying first floor,what about which you prefer?

I've had my own house since 1985. The first two were one story houses, which I really prefer. The house I live in now was brand new when we bought it, which was very nice, but it is a two story, which I don't really like.
When I lived in an apartment, I preferred the second floor because it was more private, less chance of burglary and so on. On the other hand, first floor doesn't get so hot in summer or cold in winter.

,you are quite lucky having house since 25 years,that is according to the luck and fate some things happen and some things does not happen,lift facility is available to your apartment,if not it is difficulty to climb second floor on steps,how you are managing this,have a nice day

dear yugasini,
am sure you are having a constant salary or earning every month. i think it is best if you try lease to own houses. if you start now, by about 20 or 25 years from now, you will have your own house already.

thanks for the response,whenever i see your smily face in your avatar i feel happy and cool,who is she in your avatar,if i live for 5 years that is enough to me,what can i do with the house,for the house still i have to live 20 are 25 years,i does not have that much likeliness on my life,have a nice day

The rent that you have paid for the last 50 years perhaps is equivalent to a modest house if you bought one. I prefer to own one than to rent because it is the same, the money you will pay for the rent if you can pay for a house that you can one day own may be equal or have a little difference. But if your work requires you to move from one place to another at any given time, you don't have any option but to rent.

Hi yugasini! I also have lived in my apartment for 30 years now.
I never expected to be here this long and would have preferred
to live in my own house too! I also like to live on the first
floor. There are only two floors here. And before I lived here
I also moved many times so I am glad that I also finally stopped
moving!

thanks for the response,congratulations that you are moving to your own apartment,it is better to spend your further life with your own house,house to be or not to be also decided by fate and luck,i have observed that lot of common people less than in my position have built house,my fate is like that having no house for this birth,have a nice day

Hi yugasini, I always advise people to buy a house. I feel that you should have bought a house with some down payment and loan which you could have given back by paying the rental amount. There are many schemes available now which makes it easy to get a housing loan..All the best and happy mylotting

thanks for the response and advice also,but for this birth it may not be possible to me,i cannot spare some money for down payment and i cannot pay installments,if luck permits me,then i may buy a flat,that is dream to me and i do not have that much wish also,let this birth will end as usual,have a nice day
