I am not sure which debit cards visa/master card affiliate. 2) You can only withdraw your money from the bank which you linked with your Paypal. So if you linked your Paypal account with BDO, you can withdraw through BDO either through ATM or at the bank counter.

No, our banking system has come a long way and paypal is recognized here in the Philippines. Almost all the banks in the Philippines, at least the big universal banks, can be used to withdraw your money from paypal. Paypal requires verification of every account used to withdraw paypal, that is, if you choose to withdraw your money from BDO, link your account first (know the bank code by calling the bank's hotline), paypal will verify and then you can withdraw. There is no need to verify for subsequent withdrawals on the same account.

Do you mean, withdrawing your money through other ATMs? If that's what you mean, then it is a big Yes. You can withdraw your Paypal earnings by using other bank account. In my case, I used my credit card to verify my Paypal account but I use other bank account to withdraw my Paypal earnings.

hi ritchelle, when I tried to very my union bank with paypal I came across with banks affiliated with paypal. I think BDO also has a code there.. of couse bdo is a big player in banking industry..as for union bank i am happy to have verified my account with paypal..

Do we need to withdraw our money in paypal, i have quite a money in paypal, and i have not verified it yet, i have used some of the amount to purchase a Cellphone from China but it has not arrived yet. From what i understand, its gonna cost me to open an Eon Account and another charge for money transfers so i will just keep my money in Paypal

i am using my BDO debit card to verify paypal.. but i havent tried to withdraw using it though.. :)
