Would you rather pay or work for free and shame as a punishment?

If you are caught for littering here you might probably not be fined. You probably would be sent for several hours of a corrective work order. You would probably have to sweep and tidy up public areas like the bus stops, the car parks, the markets and public places you find lots of people around. The chances of bumping into someone you know can scare people a lot. Is this a good deterrent or you would rather be fined?

I would rather work for that. Even if I had a lot of money I would rather work for the wrong I have done. Paying is juts a quick and easy way to get out of it so work is my choice. By I wouldn't litter anyway for I hate that and the damage it can do. $-MrDollars-$

I would definitely pay a fine because the shame is too much.

We , people are good at accommodating to situations. So,I will not litter in country like Singapore as I know how the government and people there want to keep their country neat and tidy. If by chance anybody is caught doing that, I recommend the work as a punishment which they will not forget in their life and will not litter again, so.
