How to describe a Popular girl?

I am now fond of writing stories or novels. I'm now about to write my third novel. I'll be describing one of my characters, "Sabrina Hillary Wilson", who is one of the popular girls in their school. I don't know what description will be best for her. So what can you say? Any suggestions? A popular girl is someone that everyone knows in the setting of your novel or story. Everyone you ask should know her. She's also a hot girl and every guy can fall in love with her and want her to be their girlfriend. In a typical story popular girls are usually hot and captain of the school's cheerleading squad. 
But they are not too intelligent.

Hi jugge rogre: I have forgotten that popular girls are not the most intelligent girls of the group. I think that the fact that they don't care for studies is one of the stereotypes in relation to popular girls. Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day.

For me, a popular girl must be HOT 
, lol. Well i guess nearly or all popular girls are HOT. They are also intimidating or kinda rude to their fans or people around them that are not close or friends.

Wow you do write novels, superb! I will definitely visit your blogspot. just look at what the description of a popular girls in the movie Mean Girls. Popular girls, when they walk on the campuses all the student's eyes are on them, they wear up to date clothes and take note it has to be with signature and light colors or colorful to attract their viewers 
. They look like a barbie doll, like even if they will not take a bath for a month, they still look beautiful. They are being followed and idolize. If they wear something new today, definitely after a week you will see that style on some of the students. Meaning, the do the trend.

well a popular girl can also be not beautiful but have a strong presence. I know some girls who is not that hot but people will notice her more than those prettier than her.

Hi chelle shey: Thanks for sharing with us your blog, I'll take a look at your stories. I think there are so many different ways to describe a popular girl but some of the things that make you think about a popular girl are: a blond girl, a fashion girl with a smile on her face like "look at me, I'm perfect". She has to look at you like if she was evaluting if you deserve to talk with her. Physically she might be beautiful, she cares for her body a lot and so does her group of friends. The first person that came into my mind is Regina George from the mean girls. She is the epitome of popular, hot, and mean all at the same time. Is your character a nice popular girl or a mean popular girl?
