I'd really like a Shetland Sheepdog. Do they need special care?

Other than the universal care dogs always need, do shelties require anything extra that most dogs universally don't? I've fallen in love with these 'miniature collies' (although they are a completely different breed). How do shelties act when it comes to their personality, generally? Of the shelties I've seen, they seem to be loving and well-mannered people dogs. Does a sheltie seem like a good choice? What's your favorite breed of dog?

Shelties are agile, sweet tempered, lovely breed to own. Their small size make it ideal if you live in a small flat, they adjust to your lifestyle whether you d like to do a lot of exercise or being a coach potato but they are very loyal to their owner.
