We tend to get irritated sometimes with little or big things. What seems to bug you the most? For me, what bugs me the most is when in line and the person behind you is standing so close, it's like you can hear the person breathing already, gosh... I want to just shout 'Personal Space Here'. Lol and of course those inconsiderate people also irritates me.

Oh yes that is very irritating when someone is invading your space. I can't stand that either. I also can't stand when people cut lines like its ok. That they don't think they need to wait on line like others. As if they were better then others.

Oh yeah, there are lots of people like that. As if they don't know that there is a line and they just simply cut in. haha... That won't work for me, I will call on their attention. ;)

Yeah, i hate those kind of people, it ain't fair really. but except in the train station where i have to give way to very old and very weak old women so that they can ride the train. one thing that irritates me how ever is when the person doesn't say thank you or excuse me when ever they pass over or give back they're change in the public vehicle.

Someone staring at you most of the time without any response or greeting. I cannot stand in that situation. If they have problem with me then just tell me I'm not that kind of people that will bite ya by telling if there is something wrong with me. Come on heh.

When someone is starring at you and you look back and they just keep on starring. Haha... That's really irritating. It happened to me too. Thanks for sharing. ;)

i'm irritated when people, on hallways seated side by side each other, are laughing just as when you pass by. it has different effect if they're in circles, right? i'm also irritated of people looking/glaring at me. i don't really want to be looked at especially if i'm just passing by. but i understand it's human nature. i also look at people but if people look at you longer than a minute, looks away for a moment and then look again, i'm extremely annoyed. so to get even i look at them too (with a blank face) and never look away. i'm also irritated to people you just described especially... men. other irritations are: inconsiderate (this is so general), self-centered, loud, back fighters (of course i won't know my back fighters, i'm referring to anyone i know who back fights anyone even if they're my friends), my hair (but i can't cut it short because i look bad in short hair, hahahah), mosquitoes, some facial wash and other cosmetic products.^_~

A lot of things irritate me but I don't react on how I feel inside. People for the most part don't think or pay attention to there surroundings which irritates me b/c you could be trying to pass them up walking but can't b/c there in their own world and walking weird. Other times people just don't pay attention to your answer to there question then repeat your answer and ask for an example?? Thats really irritating...for example I work at a place where we have a bar but it's adult entertainment so you have to be 21 and over to get in. We are kid friendly but as long as there with an adult over 25, which is a privilage I beleive b/c why do people brings there kids to a bar???, anyways they come in or call over the phone and ask "are kids allowed" I explain the age that if you're "under 21 you have to have an adult over 25 so as long as they're with an adult over 25 then you're fine" then they say "well my son/daughter is 18 can they come in with me?" really??? are you not over 25? What a dork! Or when they ask me "well since I'm 22 and my girlfriend is 20 can she come in with me?" uuummm.... NO! Didn't I just explain to you? Not sure where the miscommunication is but people need to pay attention.

I hear you :) I also have an intense dislike of having my personal space invaded for no reason and I hate being talked down to - people get a real shock when they do that to me, because I am quietly spoken people often think that makes me a pushover - but tread on my corns by speaking down to me and they soon find out how wrong they are lol

Being interrupted irritates me more than almost anything. Sometimes it's necessary, but in the course of normal conversation it's rude. Especially when you do it to be in control of the conversation or want to silence someone. In fact, I have such a hang up about being interrupted that I try not to interrupt others, which makes people think I'm more timid than I am.

My number one irritation I confess - gang members who fill up a few seats in a light rail transit car who start banging on the windows and doing some kind of lack-of-talent rap show.

hi chris, your post reminds me of something i have experienced in the past. yeah, i also don't ike people standing really close to me and the thought of hearing and feeling their breath on my neck, what a gross! it's like you're seducing or attracting me to come close to you and asking to have s**,what the ....? well,i was in the mrt back then with my boyfriend,he was standing close to me on my back when he just did that, after we got out of the train,i told him don't d that again.i just can't keep him away from the moment cause i have no choice,it was really tight in the train back then. and to his surprise,he didn't even realized what he's done. well, some people just don't mind others when this happens. i also get irritated when people or relatives have debt on us then they just do alibis most of the times telling they would give back our money, then the time comes, they will not appear at the given place. so irresponsible people!

Thanks for sharing Annavi23. You know, speaking about relatives and debts. hehe... It's infact irritating when you even have to ask them to pay you, cause in the 1st place it's their responsibility to pay in time. And also, it's way too irritating when they want to borrow money and you don't have any money to lend them, they get mad at you. Hay, relatives... haha... One of my relative who was borrowing money even posted to her facebook "It's better to give than to receive." OMG. She doesn't even know how to give. Your right, irresponsible people! ;)

yes,you are very right,my friend! my family has been always helpful when it comes to relatives and money matters, but there were really irresponsible people who are really very irritating, they even get so many alibis that we didn't even know when will they pay or they have really nothing to pay. it's just irritating but you know,if it's just a thousand we will accept that, but it's a hundred thousand and more, so do you think we have to let them report to police or something? my father has been always telling them every month they have to pay this certain amount but lots of months have passed but not a single peso we have accepted from them.it's just irritating,my friend! same as your relatives,"it's better to give than to receive" what kind of line would you state if you yourself don't believe and do it,right? yeah, and they were the ones who'll always get mad at you.same as my few friends. they have been borrowing from me always and i was always kind to them, when i have money i do lend them but when it's paying time, they don't appear, what a life! how can i live with these people? i just hoped they'll learn their lessons someday and found who they have to deal with, the legal way.

yes that is definitely irritating. reminds me of a similar experience. don't you just hate it when you are standing in line to get to an atm machine and the people behind you don't keep a respectable distance? they are already practically looking over your shoulder and can see what you are punching into the machine.
• Philippines
17 Jun 10
Yup. That's irritating too. That's why when I fall in line in an atm machine my son also falls in line behind my back. So there won't be anyone snooping around. Lol.

I also hate that but I won't say anything to them until I confirmed that there are no one who is standing close behind him. If none then I'll tell him/her to back off a little. But what really irritates me is when I ordered something in a fast food and they'll tell me it will only take 5 minutes but after 5 minutes your food is still not there. And you give them another 5 minutes but after that time its still not there. That really irritates me. So what I usually do is just cancel my order and get a refund.

People who confirms and then cancells you out on the last min does irritates me!If the person already knows before your scheduled plan that he / she needs to have the plan re- sched then she is free to do so. But, what is more irritating is when she wont inform you of that and you still have to confirm to her/ him if you are pushing through, only to be replied that she/ he cant make it.

Hi not the least: To be honest this irritates me a lot too. In these ocassions I cover my face with my hands because I don't want to smell the smoke. Maybe this could be unpolite but I prefer to take good care of me. Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day. ALVARO

It irritates me too to hear girls baby talk. Makes me want to slap them to wake them up that they are too OLD for baby talking! I dont find it cute. I find it OFF and improper specially if they are already in their 20's!
