Blogging...It's Greek to Me

For several years now people have been blogging. The first time I heard the word, I have to admit, it inspired some kind of a snob reaction in me. It didn't sound like a real word so I chose to ignore it.
Well, last week my daughter insisted on watching the film, "Julie and Julia". If you haven't seen it yet, it is a cute movie and I do recommend it. In this film Julie starts a food blog and works her way through the Julia Child cookbook, blogging about it each day as she tries new recipes. Well, I have to admit this movie broke through the wall I had put up regarding starting a blog of my own. The only trouble is that I have no idea how to start. What site do I go to? How do I create one without spending money on having it created for me?
Since starting here at mylot I'm finding the encouragement I need and think I'm ready to start a blog of my own. Any suggestions, mylotters???

That's also what I feel when I encountered the word blogging or blog. But as the days goes by and witnessing from my other friends that they earned some money through blogging. I was encourage to do my own website. At first I am hesitant because I am not good in way in and way out of this technology. But with the great help and assistance of my friend I find my way out from a long time.
First you could consider creating your own blog through blogspot.com you can create your blog there for free you will not pay anything. There is a tutorial as well for you to learn the basics steps that you need and basics way they have. You can check that out.
