I am 5 1/2 months pregnant and a little over a month ago I found out that my big sister was pregnant as well!:) When we were kids, we always thought it would be cool if we had children at the same time. I never thought it would happen. This is my first and her third. We are only 2 yrs apart in age but very close. I think it is amazing that we get to go through this together especially since this is my first I get to call on her for all the things that scare and worry me. I love my sister.

Wow! It is cool that you and your sister are pregnant at the same time. It is lovely that your baby and her baby will be able to play together. The children will be cousins that get on very well indeed. I had a baby boy in 1995 and then my sister had a baby boy in 1997. My sister had a baby girl in 2006 and that was her 4th child. I have my 2nd baby son in 2007. So we haven't been pregnant at the same time.

My baby will be born in October and her's will be born in December. I can't wait so they can grow up together.:) Ever since we were young we've wanted to be pregnant together and I think it's great.:)

Congratulations on your first baby and it is wonderful that you and your sister are sharing this wonderful experience. I have one son and I had an older sister who was also a trainee midwife when I was due my baby so I got lots of practical and medical advice which was great. Keep everyone posted on your progressing pregnancy.

That's wonderful. Sorry it took so long to respond to your comment.:) I wished my sister was a midwife...it would make me feel more comfortable about labor.:)lol I do try to stay on a very healthy diet and eat more fruits and veggies from a local farmer then going to the grocery store. I know one midwife around my area and she is all medical and I'm just not comfortable with that. Natural foods is more important to me then all medicine.
