A relaxing bubble bath is my favorite way to relieve stress. A tranquil and peaceful moment to myself almosy always does the trick for me. Reading a good b ook or watching my favorite movie also works wonders.

I totally agree on this one! I have a bathtub too, but just I never actually fill it up. What always works after a long day is just putting the water really warm, connecting my small radio in the bathroom, and just listen to my favorite radio station or pop in a cd with the music I enjoy. Reading a book works pretty well too (some chapters in Great Expectations drew me so into the story that I just forgot about everything).

It will always come out whenever you come back home because you evade away from home. Fight your stress inside your home. As for me, I tend to relieve stress by having enough sleep and beautifying myself or my room. I think that would be it for now.

All you need to do to relieve stress is to clear your head for a while. Just think of where you're in right now and breathe deeply. Do it for a couple of minutes and you'll notice that you'll be fine.

I understand what you mean friend! The best thing to do is actually... Just set your problems in order first of all. Make sure you put everything in a priority list, from what is most important to what is least important. Go down the list, one thing at a time. You are only human and can't take care of everything at once. Remember that there is only one life to live (or maybe more if you believe in reincarnation, but it's not like the same story continues) so enjoy it. Try your best to clear your mind every once in a while. Organize your home and fix it up, so that it can be a place that brings you comfort, and isn't symbolic of a stressful environment. Leave work at work (: As for activities, try videogames, old movies like stated in the previous post, make things with your hands (take up small crafting projects), do things that make you feel better about yourself. Don't take problems too serious, because over-stressing over something never helps, and only hurts you both physically and emotionally. Just keep a positive mindset that you will get your things done, and tackle them every chance you get. I know that you will be able to sort your things out.

There are a lot of funny or comedy movies being played in television nowadays. Even old movies that I have seen before, I always consider that as prevention for the attack of stress. If that doesn't work, I will go to the nearest mall and cool down a little by window shopping, and take a cone of ice cream while walking. Before I knew it, stress is already gone.
