Turn Back Time

If I would be given the chance to turn back time, or to travel through a time machine, I would go back January 2008. I would talk to myself and convince her that getting a credit card is a bad idea. I will narrate to her all the experiences she would be facing if she continued getting a card. I would tell her all the regrets and dissappointment that credit card will give her in the near future. I would let her know that her life would be much more better, peaceful and happier even without that credit card. How about you guys, what would you tell yourself or a love one if you would e given a chance to go back in time?

turn back time? i guess i will go back to the time i had my first appointment in the government, about 20 years ago. from that time, i should be working in the government which i only accepted 6 years ago. i thought i have a better position by this time. i guess my life will be better now. i think and i am sure, my salary is already high and i won't be having a lot of problems now. maybe, if i was in the service at that time, i won't be getting in to marriage life earlier. but i have no regrets.

It's nice to know that though you have things in the past you would like to re-do, you still have no regrets. I guess it'd true , what we are today is because of the things we have done in the past, whether it was wrong or right.

For me, it would be to save at the earliest possible time and learn about Financials. This is what I wish someone told me especially when I started working. It was already some years after I was working that I get to read about Financials. So now, if given the chance, I advise people to read on books about Financial Literacy and I'm happy that they are receptive about it.

Yes I definitely agree with you. But for some reason I started saving when I was twenty two and now reaping the rewards from my savings!! But just like you I do wish I had started even earlier which was when I got my first paycheck.

Being able to start saving at an earlier time seems to be a just reason to go back in time. I guess we can teach our children about financials and savings so that they won't regret the same things we regret today.

wow. this would be the best thing! i think it would be great and we could always make our worlds prefect if we could go back in time and actually change the things we did to correct them, to make sure we get the best and do the right decisions in life...

Yup, being able to go back in time and redo things would be a treat for everyone. Time lost is really lost, so being bale to turn int back is something everyone wishes. You did not replied if you have things in the past you would like to go back at.

The way you talk, it seems like you have a very bad experiences in having a credit cards...am I right..? Well..if I will be given a chance to turn back time..i will not change anything..even if I have lots of mistakes in my life..I still choose not to change everything..'cause I do believe that all of my experiences (bad & good) have given me a lot of lessons in my life that make me a better person now.

Your right, I really had a bad credit card debt back then. So if I could go back and change it, I would really grab the chance. I', happy to know that you won't be neeing to travel in time to change something in your life. That means there is another extra seat avaialble for me in case I would like to travel back in time twice.lol
