ads to put on blogs and websites

Which ones are the best that you know of out of all of these that I should maybe add to my blogs and my new site? These are just for ads.
adsense, chitika, widgetbucks, text-link-ads, azoogleads, vibrantmedia, doubleclick, tribalfusion, adbrite, clicksor, kanoodle, pheedo, textads, bidvertiser, valueclickmedia, valueclick, publisher.yahoo, blogads
As for affiliate items should I add one of the following and which ones if you have tried them do you think is best?
affiliate-program.amazon.com, linkshare, clickbank, cj.com
I know with google adsense we can't use any other ads, but with some of the others we can.

I have tons of ideas, it is just getting the time to really work on the ideas. I am going to start just working on blogs at first then work my way up to websites. I figure if I have a good 10 blogs that I can keep going that will be a good start. Then it will be getting some good traffic going to them.
